Marine civil survey

Our survey boat hire and survey boat charter operations cover the full range of the civil sector to include survey boats and survey support boats for port development, harbour wall works, wave barriers, pier renovation, bridge inspection, marine aggregate extraction and dredging. Our survey boats are also suitable for coming alongside structures for transferring crew or conducting structural analysis.

Marine energy sector survey

Commercial Rib Charter provides survey boats to organisations engaged in the marine energy sector for work associated with wind farms, tidal energy and coastal energy infrastructure. We have assisted on numerous wind farm construction projects and are able to provide essential surveying services during initial design and consultation through to installation and onwards to full commissioning.

Hydrographic survey

We have chartered our survey boats to several companies who undertake hydrographic surveys in different ports and harbours in support of development plans including sections of the historic docks in central London. Our customers have found our water jet powered boats with their shallow draft and zero entanglement risk to towed arrays, particularly useful.

Customisable

Many of our vessels can be fitted with survey poles, A-Frames and winches to deploy and retrieve equipment. Modifications may also be made to the deck layout and the cabin arrangement to suit your needs.
