The amphibious landing equipment is powered by an air-cooled inboard petrol Honda GX690 engine complete with a diff lock and mechanical brakes. Cygnet can traverse sand, mud, shingle and tarmac with ease, with 30 minutes of run time on land.

Designed with purpose

In keeping with our shallow-draft and specialist vessel offerings, CRC Cygnet is one of our three 7.7m Sealegs open Ribs, running the tried and tested Sealegs amphibious system, featuring three 25” tyres and all-wheel drive. Cygnet is maintained and equipped to our usual high standards. There is room for 6 persons and she is powered by a 200hp outboard engine.

Safety and practicality

Cygnet has all the equipment needed for a Category 3 commercial vessel, including first aid kit, extinguishers, flares, life buoys, grab bags and life raft. The full width forward-mounted console gives excellent protection from the elements and the 180 litre fuel tank provides significant endurance.

With a top speed of 35kts at sea and 4kts on land, Cygnet provides flexibility to any project. With our extensive open Rib fleet, we have the infrastructure and specialist personnel to operate, maintain and mobilise Cygnet anywhere in Europe.
