CRC Buccaneer

CRC Buccaneer is a 10.5m cabin Rib, built by Ribcraft. Coded to MCA Category 2 and permitted to carry up to 6 passengers, Buccaneer is the little sister to our larger cabin Ribs and ideal for inshore and shallow draft crew transfers. Buccaneer has a dive ladder and survey pole, making her ideal for inshore survey and diving projects.

Buccaneer features twin Suzuki 325 horsepower petrol outboards. When operating at idle or low speeds, the engines are nearly silent – they are also fuel efficient – even up to her cruising speed of 25 knots. At sprint speed, Buccaneer will hit nearly 40 knots, making it one of the fastest cabin Ribs in the fleet; she is an ideal safety boat. Buccaneer is also Police Boat coded and installed with loud hailer, sirens and flashing beacons.

With suspension seating for 6 passengers, generous under-seat storage, a large foredeck with cargo tie-down points and space to operate equipment, Buccaneer is ideal for a wide array of work boat duties such as surveying and filming. The vessel is equipped with MOB recovery equipment, including davit and full-body stretcher, as well as associated medical and fire fighting equipment.
