CRC Hunter

CRC Hunter is an 11m catamaran designed for a range of inshore and offshore marine operations. With a shallow draft of just 0.8m, a cruising speed of 20 knots and seating for up to 12 passengers, CRC Hunter combines the stability and working space of a catamaran with the flexibility of a compact, highly manoeuvrable vessel.

CRC Hunter is MCA Category 2 coded for operation up to 60 miles from a safe haven, day or night. The vessel can carry up to 12 passengers plus 2 crew, with a maximum payload of 1,500kg, making her well suited to crew transfers, survey projects and general marine support work.

A clear aft deck provides useful working space with dedicated stowage and mounting points for project equipment. Forward boarding steps with handrails, an aft access ladder and dedicated rescue zones provide flexible access from different areas of the vessel.

The enclosed cabin is fitted with suspension seating, heating, heads and white/red LED cabin lighting for comfortable day and night operations. CRC Hunter also carries a comprehensive navigation and communications package including radar, sonar, Class A AIS and multiple fixed DSC VHF radios. MOB recovery equipment includes a recovery cradle and Jason’s Cradle rescue system.
