CRC Vigilant

Like CRC Vanguard, CRC Vigilant is a versatile inshore multi-role cabin Rib which is coded to MCA Category 2. CRC Vigilant is the next step up from our 9.5m cabin Ribs and is permitted to carry up to 12 passengers, making it ideal for inshore and shallow draft crew transfers. CRC Vigilant has a broad, nearly 2-meter-wide push-on bow; she serves as a CTV for both jack-up barges and wind turbines.

CRC Vigilant has suspension seating for up to 12 passengers, ample under-seat storage, and a spacious foredeck equipped with cargo tie-down points, making it suited for various work boat tasks such as surveying and filming. Additionally, the vessel is outfitted with MOB recovery gear, including a davit as well as medical and firefighting equipment.

Vigilant is equipped with twin Suzuki 325 horsepower petrol outboards. These engines are quiet at idle or low speeds, ensuring a peaceful onboard experience whilst also giving exceptional fuel efficiency, even at her cruising speed of 25 knots. Vigilant can reach speeds of nearly 40 knots, making it one of the fastest cabin Ribs available. With such capabilities, it serves as an ideal safety boat.

Vigilant can be swiftly mobilised by road (without escort) to any location in Europe. Over recent years, we have undertaken projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, and Spain. In contrast to traditional catamaran CTVs mobilised via sea transport, often proving slow and costly, Vigilant can be loaded and ready to move within 24 hours of booking.
