As our fleet grows, so has the CRC team. With this in mind we thought it might be nice to put faces to names for those of you we haven’t had the opportunity to meet in person yet.
Director – Stuart Hedges
Stuart is our Opertions Director and the CRC mastermind. Stuart is responsible for the business as a whole and all aspects of our vessels and CRC team.
Commercial Manager – Gavin Hackney
Gavin works alongside Stuart liaising with clients, contracts, logistics, crew and oversees our projects and CRC team.
Project Manager – Will Aritss
Will looks after our full-time projects and also supports with other projects, logisitics and crewing.
Project Manager – Will Sheard
Will manages vessel compliance along with projects, mobilisation and crewing .
Project Manager – Max Sheehan
Max has special responsibility for our dive support and associated certification along with managing projects.
Operations Manager – Jack Weller
Jack makes sure our entire fleet is managed, maintained and operating to the highest possible standards.
Marine Technician – Ralph Stone
Ralph manages the more complex, technical operations and vessel refits.
Mike Peters – Workshop Manager
Mike manages the operations team and workshop, working tirelessly to ensure our vessels are kept in peek condition at all times.
Operations Team – Jamie Minihan
Jamie manages and maintains our fleet of road vehicles along with ensuring our vessels are presented and kept in the best possible condition.
Operations Team – Bruce Collier
Bruce maintains our fleet of open ribs and works alongside the rest of the ops team to ensure all vessels are kept to the highest of standards.
Operations Team – Harlee Hackney
Harlee is the newest member of the ops team and is quickly learning the ‘CRC way’ and working relentlessly with the rest of the team to ensure that all vessels are kept in tip, top shape.
Operations Administrator – Gemma Hackney
Gemma is our administration expert and looks after everything from accounts, crew set ups to travel and accommodation.
